Love Me

Love me for who I am,
not for who I'm not,
I would rather be me than anyone else.

I'm a little different than you,
okay, a lot different,
but that doesn't mean I want to be hated.

Hate hurts,
it hurts everyone,
but love does not,
love has the power to heal.

Love people,
they will show love in return,
but hate people,
and you will be hated by many.

So go and love somebody,
because love spreads like a wildfire,
and you never know who needs it the most.
